Built an offline-first Xamarin app for door-to-door sales teams — route planning, GPS-verified visits, stock management, and on-the-spot invoicing that synced with a desktop system once back online. Personally owned GPS tracking and invoice printing, reverse-engineering support for generic portable printers to produce valid ticket-style invoices in the field, plus route features and bugfixing.

Started as a .NET engineer on a desktop unified-communications app (calls, video, chat, Microsoft integration). First project: reverse-engineering the app's dependency-injection-heavy boot process to ship a headless, no-UI build, then adding full keyboard-hotkey control so visually impaired users could operate it without seeing the screen. Later moved into Java-based telecom work.
